Media Content for ImageCue
The ImageCue Media Server can process and display still images in JPEG format, videos in an H264 encoded raw stream format, and overlay images from PNG format files.
ImageCue User's Guide - User Media
JPEGS
No greater than 1920x1080 in size (Aspect ratio 16:9) sRGB color format, non-progressive encoding.
Overlays (PNG)
PNG resolution must be EXACTLY 1920x1080 in size, 32 bit (with alpha). Even monochrome images must be 32 bit.
Video
Video resolution should be either 1920x1080 or 1280x720. Must be encoded as H264 and extracted from media container files to a raw video only stream. ImageCue provides a Windows software utility to do this. Preferred frame rate is 30fps (29.97fps in some software). Bit rate must be greater than 5mbps - a bit rate around 40mbps is preferred.
